Asset Valuation
ValQuest selects the methodology that best-models the properties and cash flow pattern of our clients’ intangible assets, such as trademarks, customer relationships, patents and contracts. ValQuest facilitates management to establish specific and justifiable inputs, including cash flows, useful life, attrition rate, tax benefit, etc. ValQuest leverages our resourceful databases to calibrate assumptions, parameters and valuation conclusion across observable market activities and landmark intangible assets in the industry to arrive at a fair and justifiable valuation of the intangible assets of our clients.
For property valuation and appraisals, our experienced chartered surveyors and certified valuers at ValQuest perform valuations with reference to relevant market sales or rental transactions, taking into consideration the nature of the assets such as their physical attributes, location, neighbouring environment, local competition landscape etc.
